Research On The New Industrialization Development Strategy Of Yangtze River Economic Belt Based On The Perspective Of Coordinated Development Theory

The new industrialization of China is proposed in the background of the Fifth Technical Revolution whice is based on the revolution of information and communication technology.In the background of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,China established seven strategic emerging industries in 2010,and then in 2015,China put forward the strategy of “Made In China 2025".The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC put forward the Innovation driven development strategy,whice emphasized that the Chinese economic development mode should changed from mainly driven by land,labor and investment to mainly driven by innovation.These measures are designed to advance the adjustment,Optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.So China could achieve the target of transformng of the development mode of economic and enhancing the sustainable ability of economic development.For a long time we divide eastern region,central region and western region by the method of homogenization,whice block the connection and interaction between the capital and technology advantages of eastern region and the resources advantage of the western regions.It causes the short of endogenous cooperation mechanism among eastern region,central region and western region.Causing the regional development strategy falls short of the policy expectations of coordinated development between regions.The Yangtze River Basin is one of the most important economic belt of China,and because of the special geographical position of Yangtze River Economic Belt,its upper reaches,central reaches and lower reaches respectively have the typical characteristics of the western region,central region and eastern region of china.Therefore,this paper analysis the level of the new industrialization of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the perspective of the economic belt,instead of the basic of lying particular stress on a single specific provinces or a given regional.In this paper,we analysis the development trend of new industrialization level and the industry coordinated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt?the three major urban agglomerations and three central cities based on the perspective of coordinated development.Coming to the following conclusion: the new industrialization level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is in an upward trend,but the development is instability.Through the coordinated development of the three central cities,the new industrialization level of the Yangtze River economic belt can be effectively improved.Each of the three central cities has its own industry with competitive advantage and higher degree of specialization.So they have the basis of cooperation and coordination.Then it gives some policy suggestions on how to drive the new industrialization level of Yangtze River Economic Belt by coordinated development of the three central cities.This paper will analysis according to the following logical structure.firstly,it constructs the evaluation index system of the new industrialization of Yangtze River Economic Belt on the basis of the literature research,and then determines the weight of each index by the comprehensive weighting method,and then longitudinal analysis the development trend of the new industrialization level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt through the grey correlation degree analysis method.This paper is primarily discussing the new industrialization of the Yangtze River economic belt from the perspective of coordinated development.So we should have to analyze the industrial coordination foundation from the aspects of comparative advantage and the degree of specialization of the industries of Yangtze River economic belt.Thus it could obtain the feasibility of enhancing the new industrialization level of Yangtze River economic belt through coordinated development.Then it obtain the main problem on the coordinated development of Yangtze River Economic Belt.On this basis it gives some policy suggestions on how to drive the new industrialization level of Yangtze River Economic Belt by coordinated development.
