With the rapid development of China's online market,more and more enterprises or individuals to release information through the network,network commodities trading.At the same time,more and more consumers to buy goods through the network,booking tickets,hotels,catering,etc.,fully enjoy the network commodities trading with easy and convenient.But should not be ignored is that illegal cases and the network shopping measured high innovation also accompanied by every year.Organs of industry and commerce as the network problems appeared in the process of commodity trading with important regulatory responsibility,how to solve the problems that exist in the regulatory authority for industry and commerce network commodities trading become a realistic subject.In this paper,first of all,this paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of network commodities trading,the authority for industry and commerce,this paper analyzes the connotation of the regulatory network commodities trading,second from the legal basis,team construction,daily supervision and law enforcement practice and consumer rights protection analyzed the authority for industry and commerce network situation and existing problems of the regulation of commodity trading.Finally,on the basis of the above theoretical analysis and the advanced foreign experience for reference,in combination with the practical case of business regulation,relevant countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.On the above research,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: in view of the network virtual value of the transaction,without borders,a variety of such as main body,combined with China's national conditions and many practical problems of the industrial and commercial authority supervision,establish covers from access network commodities trading-trading-working rights,matter and afterwards(advance)each link of the regulatory system of industry and commerce,namely,improving relevant laws and regulations system,set up the system of professional regulatory team and improve the daily supervision,strengthen the law enforcement case,increase the intensity of consumer rights protection,for the healthy development of China's online commodity trading to build fair competition market environment of network.
