Research On The Employment Problems Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Agriculture plays an important role in our country for a long time.It has always dominated the basic strategic position in the national economy.Along with the advancement of industrialization wave,the rural surplus labor of agriculture goes into the city,they become the migrant workers.The reform and open policy has carried out for 30 years,the original rural migrant workers have gradually grown old,and the new migrant workers are becoming the main labor market.Compare with their parents,the new generation of migrant workers show their characteristics which are different from their parents in various aspects.It is also the significant characteristics that attract the attention of the government and the academic circle.After our country population reached a historic peak in 2012,then it began to slow down,at the same time,the aging population has become a serious problem.In such a situation,the new generation of migrant workers employment highlights their importance in the society.Chongqing is one of China's urban and rural areas as a whole;it is overall planning for urban-rural development.Southeast Chongqing locates in the Wuling Mountain;it is a poor district with the largest population.The new generation of migrant workers employment has strong representative in Chongqing.Because of this,the paper pays attention to Southeast Chongqing,chooses the new generation of migrant workers employment as the research object.In this paper,through relevant research literature at home and abroad,on the basis of the domestic related government website,statistical yearbook and field investigation,researches on new generation farmers,through questionnaire and interview local village cadres and the new generation of migrant workers,to collect to the first-hand sources,take the sources as the basis of the theory and data support.The paper is mainly divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part of this article,mainly discusses the thesis research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods and the related literature both at home and abroad,etc.;The second chapter introduce the theoretical foundation,on the basis of predecessors' science,define the concepts and characteristics of new generation of migrant workers;and reviews the domestic and foreign mature theory on this topic,provide theoretical support for the paper.The third chapter is the questionnaire survey of the new generation migrant workers employment,through the form of a questionnaire survey,to find out the situation of the new generation peasant workers' employment problem;The fourth chapter is on the problems of new generation migrant workers employment,researches on the cultural quality,social security,the employment channels of employment guidance and training these four aspects;The fifth chapter is on the reasons of migrant workers employment problems in Southeast Chongqing,from the internal and external factors to discuss the difficulties of migrant workers employment.The sixth chapter is experience learning part,the paper elaborates Britain,the United States and the East Asian economies of rural labor transfer process to enlighten to the domestic;The seventh Chapter is the countermeasure analysis part,on the basis of the above analysis,put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem,from strengthening vocational skills training,improving the quality of the new generation of migrant workers employment,strengthening the construction of supporting mechanism,improving the new generation of migrant workers employment ability and the employment guarantee mechanism;perfecting social security system,the new generation of migrant workers employment information channel,etc.to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
