The Coordinated Development Measure Of Urban Agglomeration System And Optimization Strategy Research

With the development of our country economy enters the new normal,entered a new stage of new urbanization,urban competition has been from a single city,in the form of evolution for several cities constitute urban agglomeration as the main form of competition,construction of urban agglomeration is rising for our country in the new period the important strategy of city to participate in international competition.Non-coordination in the development process is the problem faced by most urban agglomeration in China.The research on coordinated development of urban agglomeration is beneficial to identify the key problems hindering the development of urban agglomeration,and is an effective means to solve the development predicament of urban agglomeration.Zhongyuan urban agglomeration is located in the middle of our country,the city number,wide radiation range,is a key support to realize the rise of central China.At the same time of rapid economic development,how to guarantee the coordinated development of urban agglomeration,become the focus of the zhongyuan urban agglomeration development,so the research for the coordinated development of zhongyuan urban agglomeration,not only has a certain theoretical significance,also has the important practical value.First through to the domestic and foreign related research literature of the coordinated development of urban agglomerations carding analysis,sorting out the urban agglomeration in the course of study and the research present situation,define the basic concept of coordinated development of urban agglomeration system research and theories,and put forward in this paper,we study the problem.In view of the present scholars of zhongyuan urban agglomeration coordinated development in the study of the problem of insufficient quantitative research,from the point of view of system,adopt the method of quantitative and qualitative research on the coordinated development of zhongyuan urban agglomeration system were studied.Secondly,with the aid of related statistical data,system elements contain of zhongyuan urban agglomeration of population,economy,society,environment and resources from several aspects,the present situation of the in-depth analysis of the existing main problems.Using frequency statistics,literature analysis,theoretical analysis,the method of constructing evaluation index system of the coordinated development of zhongyuan urban agglomeration system.Comprehensive utilization of principal component analysis,fuzzy membership degree method,system coordination degree method,such as the coordinated development of zhongyuan urban agglomeration system measure model was constructed.According to the core of the zhongyuan urban agglomeration of nine cities,on the basis of the statistical data from 2006 to 2015 respectively from subsystem,system,system as a whole,measure analysis of zhongyuan urban agglomeration system coordination development level.Measurement results show that the coordinated development of the zhongyuan urban agglomeration system,there is a large difference of development of each subsystem,system coordinated development between the imbalance,system overall coordination level is low,and deeply analyses the cause of the problem.Finally,according to the result of the coordinated development of zhongyuan urban agglomeration system measure,combining the current situation of the development of the zhongyuan urban agglomeration,with SWTO analysis method,the coordinate development of zhongyuan urban agglomeration of situational analysis.From the urban system perfect,talents construction,industry optimization,infrastructure construction,environment and resources protection,system security aspects put forward the coordinated development of zhongyuan urban agglomeration system optimization countermeasures.
