Research On State-owned Enterprise Performance Evaluation Index System

With the deepening of the reform of market economy,market competition pressure increasing,how to objectively judge of state-owned enterprise management situation,reasonably reflect the enterprise business performance and financial results and to provide valuable information for the enterprise stakeholders has become one of the need to discuss and solve problems.At present,the researchers only from the theoretical level of state-owned enterprises performance analysis and evaluation,but then failed to starting from the objective reality of state-owned enterprise,based on the reality of state-owned enterprises,from the aspect of practice of state-owned enterprise performance effectively scientific evaluation and examination,so how science does not have the desired on enterprise performance management,the necessity of the show.So in this paper,based on the research of scholars both at home and abroad,the present situation of the existing enterprise performance evaluation system for comparative analysis,find out the shortcomings of current evaluation system and defects,and on the basis of the improvement Suggestions,guided by the principle of construction of evaluation system,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the main research method,construct the performance evaluation system of state-owned enterprises.Finally,in the form of case analysis of a state-owned enterprises operating performance evaluation and comparison,in order to prove the feasibility of building system and operability,and gives the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on the evaluation results.
