| The rational use of land resources has always been a major problem that the country needs to solve.Of course,it is also an important subject of long-term research The land use structure whether reasonable will directly affect the economic,social and ecological benefits of land use.The proportion of the use of the structure to determine the economic growth model and industrial development space Therefore,It is very important to study the interrelationship between industrial structure and land use structure.It is of great practical significance to optimize the industrial layout,adjust the land use structure,speed up the economic growth mode and realize the sustainable and sustainable development of Nanchang economy The research of this paper is based on a series of theoretical research,through the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the combination of the following conclusions:(1)Spatial and Temporal Change of Industrial Structure and Land Use Structure..In this paper,the information entropy is used to analyze the dynamic changes of the industrial structure and the land use structure.From the analysis results,the information entropy is used to analyze the dynamic changes of the industrial structure and the land use structure.Nanchang City is still in the secondary industry as the leading industry,"two,three,one" of the industrial structure model,the industrial structure in the county between the uneven development,and developed countries and regions there are still some gaps.The information entropy of land use structure in Nanchang is in the rising stage,but there is still a certain gap compared with the ten cities in China.The land use area of each county is widening,and the land use of Nanchang is at a low level stable state.(2)Study on the Relationship between Industrial Structure and Land Use Structure.In the first step,the data structure and land use structure change rate are obtained through data processing.The structure of the two is analyzed by the trend of data change,and the change rate of industrial structure in Nanchang is led by the change rate of land use structure,The adjustment of land use structure has lag.In the second step,the econometric model is used to test the ADF,cointegration test and Granger causality test.The structure shows that both have Granger causality.Finally,the AR model is used to evaluate the effect of the two models,and the results of the Granger causality are verified.Based on the VAR model,the time series is predicted.The results show that the predicted results are in accordance with the actual situation.(3)Analysis of Land Use Comparative Advantage.The comparative advantage model is used to analyze the comparative advantage of land use in various counties and districts of Nanchang,The results show that the land use efficiency of the districts and counties in Nanchang is different,Jinxian County and Xinjian County(Area)the first industry land use efficiency is higher,Donghu Area,Xihu Area,Qingyunpu Area,Qingshanhu Area and Wanli Area,the second industrial land is more efficient.Donghu Area,Xihu Area the third industry land use efficiency is higher.Combined with the specific situation of Nanchang and the results of the above analysis,the paper puts forward the suggestions for the coordinated development of industrial structure and land use structure in Nanchang.To optimize the industrial structure and land use structure for the purpose of establishing a sound land market,the development of appropriate policy measures and industry-based land classification system to promote the optimal allocation of land resources. |
