| With the rapid development of China’s social economy,China’s regional economic inequality is becoming increasingly serious,China has become one of the countries with biggest regional economic differences in the world.Narrowing regional differences and promoting coordinated development of regional economy has become the guiding ideology of regional policy of national subject.In order to fundamentally solve the problem of under development in China’s poverty-stricken areas,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the concept of "take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty" concept,targeted at solving the root causes of poverty,narrow down the regional economic differences.In this context,as a contiguous poor area,the original central Soviet area was the focus of poverty alleviation areas,has been highly valued by the state in recent years.In-depth understanding of the status of regional economic development differences of original central Soviet area and explore its driving mechanism aims to provide a scientific basis for narrowing regional economic differences and promoting the coordinated and orderly development of regional economy,revitalize the economy in old liberated area.This study takes the orginal Central Soviet Area as an example,measured the economic development level and its spatial-temporal difference respectively based on the single index and composite index in the original central Soviet area from 2000 to 2014.Carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the economic development level of the original unty economy development level.City gravitation model,GWR model and linear regression method were used to explore the influencing factors of economic differences in the original central Soviet area,suitable and feasible strategy of regional development has been given.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)2000-2014,economic development at county level in original central Soviet area is not balanced,the spatial difference is significant.Per capita GDP in original central Soviet area rose from ￥5641 in 2000 to ￥36262 in 2014,the overall level is still lagging behind the national average.The difference of economic development lever is relatively large,the absolute difference expanded continuesly,and the relative difference fluctuates narrowed down.Per capita GDP polarization gradually expanded and the relative growth rate keeps rising.The spatial distribution characteristics of Per capita GDP level and relative growth rate was highly consistent,spatial agglomeration effect is obvious,mainly for the differences between East and West and significant differences between cities and counties.The level of economic development shows the spatial characteristics of “high in the east and low in the west” by takeing Wuyi Mountain as the dividing line.(2)2000-2014,the comprehensive economic development level is not high in original central Soviet area,the structure of Social and economic from is transforming from the pyramid type to the olive type and gourd type.Regional economic polarization is converging slowly,the gap between rich and poor is still relatively large.Spatial distribution characteristics are obvious,mainly for differences between East and West and significant axis characteristic.(3)2000-2014,there’s a strong spatial correlation between the level of comprehensive economic development in original central Soviet area,the LISA clustering pattern is significant and spatial imbalance is obvious.The Moran’s I index of original central soviet area decreased from 0.5194 to 0.4294 with strong spatial autocorrelation.Spatial agglomeration effect is obvious in "high-high" and "low-low" type areas,the "high-high" type areas are mainly concentrated in the western Fujian,and the "low-low" areas are mainly distributed in Gannan,western Jiangxi and eastern Jiangxi,but the spatial distribution of “high – high” type areas is decreasing,indicating that the economical development gravity of regional economy in original central Soviet area began to transit from the "growth pole" model to the coordinated development model.(4)2000-2014,“two core circle and six cluster” spatial pattern is significant in original central Soviet area of county economic,the central city has a strong radiation effect,and the level of county economic gradation is obvious,showing a "core-edge" model.Interregional economic ties are becoming closer between original central Soviet area from 2000 to 2014,gradually formed two core economic circle of Gannan,Minxi,and six city cluster of northwest Fujian,southern Fujian,middle Jiangxi,west Jiangxi,east Jiangxi and northeast Guangdong,the economic development level radiation reduce from prefecture-level city as the center to the surrounding counties and cities,conform to the law of distance decay.(5)Differences of terrain conditions,resource endowment and historical basis original central soviet area are important reasons of regional economic development differences which caused economic developed based unequal level.Different traffic conditions affect the degree of foreign economic relations between the counties directly of original central Soviet region,and determine the economic development opportunities of the region.The industrial structure is one of the main causes of regional economic disparity which plays a great role in promoting the economic development of original Central Soviet Area.Among the economic and social factors that led to the formation of regional economic disparity in the central Soviet area,the impact of the positive factors was industrial structure> Policy support> Consumption level> Investment level,the negative impact factor is the savings level.The results revealed the imbalance of consumption,investment and saving level in original central soviet area,which meas the current high level of savings restraining the development of regional economy.(6)Based on the status quo of regional economic disparity in original Central Soviet Area,this paper argues the measures like strengthen the county economic alliance,building a high-quality red tourism circle,especially to increase the targeted support for backward areas should be taken to promote the revitalization of regional economy,narrow down the regional differences between the original central Soviet region and finally promote the coordinated development of regional economy. |
