Recent years,along with the hot trend of real estate market,real estate companies have sprung up in a large number.Now,due to the national macro-control,the property market starts to be depression,most cities' real estate market enter the downturn,especially for some small or medium-sized cities,which led to many real estate development enterprises are facing great competition or even survive pressure.In such a period,if a real estate company wants to gain a firm foothold in the business and achieve its business goals,it has to tap the potential from the enterprise itself,strengthen organization and management,improve organizational performance.Among kinds of resource management of an enterprise,human resource management is undoubtedly a very important one.Good and effective human resources management plays an important role in promoting an enterprise's business performance.And in so many aspects of human resources management,performance management is a very important link.Performance management can mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and innovation of employees in daily work,by appropriate incentives and effective development.Thus,Improving the performance of the enterprise and helping to develop the career of the staff [1].This paper has made a research on theories related to performance management and performance appraisal,considered the actual of GT company,analyzed the current system of performance management deeply,found out the problems in performance management,and had a optimized design of performance manage is personal KPI design,and the paper makes an detailed introduction on it,taking the budgeter in cost purchasing department as an example.As to the design of performance management system.In the process of optimized design,the paper puts a focus on optimized design of KPI system and performance management process system.The emphasis of KPI system,it has an introduce to performance planning,performance implementation and management,performance appraisal,performance feedback and performance appraisal application.At last,measures have been taken to make sure that the new performance management system can work successfully in GT company,which are based on thoughts,culture,system and training.
