Research On Financial Risk Of B2C Electric Business Enterprises-taking J Company As An Example

Enterprise financial management is the core supporting the operation of enterprises,the last century after the reform and opening up,the development of financial management in China has entered a new era,in line with international standards,and network synchronization oriented,with accurate data,the operation of computerized requirements as the development trend of enterprise financial management.Under the dual drive of mobile Internet and traditional Internet,the operation and cooperation of enterprises and the development of capital market have entered the new form of e-commerce.In this paper,J company as an example,to explore the financial risks of e-commerce in the e-commerce environment and prevention recommendations.This article from the theory of B2 C operation mode of financial risk to the concept of B2 C e-commerce and financial risk are discussed,and according to the characteristics of financial risk of enterprise B2 C operation mode,summarizes the enterprise credit risk,technology risk,supply chain risk and financing risk management with four types of risk.B2 C business model based on the theory of financial risk,take J company as an example,the reference and non-financial indicators of financial industry analysis,through the SWOT analysis method to analyze the company's internal and external environment and found that the company may have financial risk link,which is based on J company's financing risk,investment risk and credit analysis supply chain risk,summed up the J company's financial risk prevention recommendations,Such as optimizing capital structure,strengthening capital management,establishing supply chain strategy,strengthening information security and improving corporate governance,etc.
