Study On The Business Model Improvement Of Jilin Aodong Group

One business model as the research object of management,it has very important position in modern enterprise management,it is also the key to improve enterprise competitiveness.The pharmaceutical industry as an important part of people's livelihood,due to people's health problems are continuous attention,so the author believes that the pharmaceutical industry's business model becomes great research value.The region since the founding of the pharmaceutical industry has obtained the rapid development of today's economic society appeared the unprecedented development trend of the new normal,so for the market,with a new topic,how to develop the market a new business model to face the new normal?In this paper,the research work mainly existing in our country economy under the background of the new normal,according to the development of Jilin aodong group existing,targeted for its business model innovation Suggestions for improvement are put forward.In this article,through access to relevant data,on the basis of literature research,respectively,to the enterprise competitive advantage theory,business model theory of carding,put forward using the theory of "three dimensions" business model analysis of the existing business model,Jilin aodong is respectively from three aspects such as the value chain,industry chain and capital chain is analyzed,and Jilin aodong pharmaceutical group,the problems existing in the existing business model and for Jilin aodong group existing problems were proposed to improve the opinions,namely: the value chain based on the value of "Internet +" network development,the industrial chain and capital chain optimization design for improving and perfecting.Through the above research,put forward the value chain as the pharmaceutical industry's core business model reconstructs the aodong group business model concept,expect to be able to increase in northeast China pharmaceutical enterprise value contribution rate,increase the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry to provide higher profit contribution to aodong,but as a result of business model innovation is not a simple process,the present study needs to be improved,so the end of this article are summarized and put forward the hope.
