By the influence of the globle economic crisis,the large-scale iron steel enterprises have to face up the increasing competition of market.From the amonts to the quality,we had did a lot,while the method of develop ing have to be changed.And in this situation,development and management of talented human resouses is not only an important support of changing the method of development of enterprises,but also the key point of enterprises to get their competion upper hand.With the economic becoming globlization,some problems have been found in our country's iron steel enterprises,such as the over products,the needed consciousness of development and the lacking control of resources.Among these the wanted talented person have become the bottleneck of the development of iron steel enterprises in our country.The large-scale iron steel enterprises contain some characteristics,such as the long industry chain,the fast moving technique and the complicated technology.Considering of the new products exploiting,the new technologies application,the management and the market expanding,we need a strong team which contains a large amount of talented person.So keeping the situation of iron steel clearly in mind and getting an appropriate plan to attract more talented person is not only the support of changing the method of development of enterprises,but also the key point of enterprises to get their competion upper hand.This thesis takes the economic crisis as the background,begins with the theory of talented person development,and puts forward the purpose and significance of this reasearch.It explains the definition,characteristic and concerpt of talented person,and based on these it makes a list of frame structure of this research.After that,it introduces the status quo of iron steel enterprises,and points out what the large-scale iron steel enterprises are facing up.This paper elaborates on the challenges and opportunities of bringing in talented person,and combines the market environment of large-scale iron steel enterprises,it puts forward the talented person developing strategy.At last,this paper draws the conclusion,and lists the shortcomings and inadequacies.The innovations in the dissertation as bellow:based on the theory and method of human resources,analysising the status quo of large-scale iron steel enterprises in our country in the background of economic crisis,and propounds the thinking and strategies of developing of core talented person.
