Research On Innovation Ecosystem Strategy And Operation Of Renewable Resources Industry In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

With the continuous development of society and the improvement of the degree of industrialization,the dependence of human economic activities on resources is getting higher and higher.However," a lot of production,a lot of waste,a lot of waste " is a major feature of today's social and economic activities,while ensuring the rapid growth and prosperity of economic activities,it also caused great waste of resources and serious environmental pollution.At present,lack of resources,environmental pollution,energy crisis and so on have become five major problems that hinder social development and even threaten the survival of mankind.Renewable resources industry is a national strategic emerging industry to realize the infinite cycle of limited resources,alleviate the lack of resources and environmental pollution.Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are regions where heavy and chemical industries are concentrated,and are also highly concentrated industrial solid wastes and renewable resources.The environmental problems and resource problems are also more prominent.In 2014,it created large industrial solid waste:Beijing 50 million tons,Tianjin 20 million tons,Hebei 1570 tons,the main renewable resources production:Beijing 5 million 500 thousand tons,Tianjin3 million 600 thousand tons,Hebei10 million 800 thousand tons.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the ecological strategy of renewable resources industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In this paper,the following work was done.1)This paper explores the research status of renewable resources industry and innovation ecology at home and abroad,and summarizes the related theories of innovation ecology and circular economy and so on.2)Based on the renewable resource industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this paper explores its eco-strategy and operation.Then,taking Tianjin as an example,10 indicators such as education level,technology intensity,consumption purchasing power,transportation cost,local protection and government support and so on are selected,collect data from " China labor statistics yearbook " and " Tianjin statistical yearbook ".With the help of SPSS software,the correlation between each index and the development of renewable resource industry was analyzed quantitatively.3)Taking the online retailer as an example,three different recovery strategies which is based on the consideration of consumer participation were considered: two-stage recovery strategy,competitive recovery strategy and "cooperative" recovery strategy,and build the recovery model,explore the different recovery strategies and its impact on return of the supply chain and its members.4)Through the research,Tianjin should be the core,to construct the coordinated recovery and utilization system ofBeijing,Tianjin and Hebei renewable resources and its supporting system construction.The results show that:1)Labor cost,degree of education,transportation cost,population and GDP and so on are positively correlated with renewable resources industry development,but local protection and the level of opening up to the correlation coefficient is lower,the other is higher.From high to low:government support,degree of education,consumer purchasing power,technology intensity,transportation cost,GDP,population,the equipment manufacturing industry,labor cost,level of opening up and local protection.2)Based on the online retailer,this paper constructs three kinds of recycling strategies of the waste products and their components: two-stage recovery strategy,competitive recovery strategy and cooperative recovery strategy.Different recycling strategies have different effects on the income of supply chain and its members'.In order to improve the overall profit of the supply chain and promote the efficient use of renewable resources,it is necessary to have a close cooperation between the original consumers and online retailers.Tianjin is the core area of the development of renewable resources industry of Beijing-Tianjin-He bei.It is necessary to construct a synergetic recovery system of Beijing-Tianjin-He bei renewable resource industry with Tianjin as the center,and in order to promote the smooth operation and implementation of the innovation ecological strategy,it is need to be modeled on the "Greater London Council" to build renewable resources industry association of the Beijing Tianjin and Hebei,endowed with certain administrative power.
