With the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of national consumption level,China’s electronic manufacturing industry has entered a period of rapid development.But some well-known electronic manufacturing enterprises are still frequently caught in "quality gate" crisis,which become a social "negative focus." In fact,the quality accident is only the product quality problems revealed tip of the iceberg,the enterprise is no lack of common product quality problems,seriously restricting enterprise development.However,as the level of productivity increases,advances in technology progress,enterprise equipment safety is improved and production environments have improved.So the objective factors on the impact of product quality is minimal,and subjective factors that human errors has gradually become the main reason for the impact of enterprise product quality.The prevention of human errors has become an important research topic of the world’s industrial engineering(IE)sector.Although there are many achievements in human errors research,most of them are influencing factors analysis,and the research of mechanism is focused on aviation,electric power,coal mine and other fields with more destructive power,less attention is paid to the electronic manufacturing industry with common human errors.In addition,Taylor system work design method,although as a means to improve production efficiency,but did not reduce the occurrence of human errors.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the human errors of frontline staff in electronic manufacturing industry from the perspective of job characteristics.frontline staff in the working life of the job features are: highly differentiated,simple skill requirements,production rhythm automatic control,the scope of work limitations,a single task.Studies have shown that,in simple repetitive tasks,humans tend to make mistakes.Therefore,this paper chooses three dimensions of work integrity,work autonomy and work feedback to study the relationship between job characteristics and human errors,and reveal the role of job burnout and personal modernity in the above relationship.The data processing results show that three dimensions of job characteristics(task integrity,work autonomy,and work feedback)have a significant negative impact on the frontline staff’ human errors.Job burnout plays an intermediary role between job characteristics and human errors,mainly reflected in emotional exhaustion,low personal accomplishment in the relationship between work integrity,work autonomy and human errors,the role of three dimensions of job burnout in work feedback and human error.In addition,individual modernity has a moderating effect on the relationship between work characteristics and job burnout,which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: work integrity and emotional exhaustion,task integrity and personal accomplishment,work autonomy and emotional exhaustion,work autonomy and low personal accomplishment,work feedback and personality disintegration,work feedback and low personal accomplishment.This study is divided into four parts,the contents of each part: the first part of the introduction.First,introduce the research background and then put forward the research questions.Secondly,elaborate the purpose and significance of the study,list the research content and framework,and finally introduce the research methods.The second part is literature review and hypothesis.Firstly,the literatures of electronic manufacturing industry,frontline staff,human error,job burnout and job characteristics are reviewed.Based on this,the related hypothesis is put forward and the theoretical model is constructed.The third part is the research design and data processing analysis.First of all,the variables of the measurement,pre-survey,the contents of the formal questionnaire and distribution,and then the statistical methods used in this study a brief overview.Then,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested to ensure the reliability of the data.Finally,the relevant assumptions of the research model are tested by structural equation and regression analysis.The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect.Summarizes the conclusions of the study,puts forward the results of this study on the practical inspiration,and the shortcomings and prospects of this study. |
