Research On The Development Of New Farmer Cooperative Economy Organization In The View Of Network Governance

Since the reform and opening-up,new farmer cooperative economy organization has rising widely in rural areas in our country,which is the mass organization of economy that adapts to the market economy new situation,and grows up to be a subject of rural social governance.At present,the new farmer cooperative economy organization in our country is developing in its infancy,little quantity,small size,dispersed distribution,disordered inner administrative control,which lead to the disorder of agricultural production,land circulation,management and operation and make it not better to play the positive side of promoting rural social governance.To solve these problems not only rely on the improvement of the organization itself,but also put it into the environment of social governance network,to strengthen the interaction with other governance body,to adapt to the external environment system actively,to improve the ability of social governance,and reaching the development of organization eventually.From the perspective of network governance theory,the government,enterprises,social organizations in the social governance system and the change of social governance structure will influence the development of new farmer cooperative economy organization.By analyzing the new farmer cooperative economy organization development status,and the logic relation to network governance,it found that the organization have function in the countryside with supplying public products and services,promoting citizens’ political participation,strengthening rural stability and construction.But it also faces the problems in the process of growth,such as unclear relationship with government,insufficient cooperation with enterprise,deficient participation in governance and limited service ability.Therefore,it need to set up the cooperation mechanism among the organization,government,and enterprise,improve the organization’s external environment supporting system constantly,and strengthenthe organization itself,thus it can be to promote the sustainable development of the new farmer cooperative economy organization.
