Under the era of economic knowledge,human capital plays an increasingly important the role of corporate human capital.The owner of the enterprise will have to find a way to develop effective incentive mechanism to arouse the enthusiasm of the operators.Equity incentive,as a long-term incentive mechanism,can be a good solution to this problem.The implementation of effective equity incentive can enhance team cohesion,which can effectively mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the operator,and ultimately ease the owner's and the operator's objectives inconsistent contradiction.However,the development of C hina's equity incentive is relatively lagging behind,and C hina' market environment is not mature enough as well,so equity incentive system in the domestic enterprises plays a limited role.Overall,the use of equity incentive companies in China is still in a continuous exploration stage.Many enterprises' implementation effects of equity incentive are not satisfactory because of unscientific program design and the immature external system.Therefore,the study of equity incentive on the company's impact has relatively large social significance.The Sunyard System Engineering Co.,Ltd as the case analys is,combined with the relevant theory,this paper studies the Sunyard's implementation effect of equity incentive.The focus is on the feasibility of the Sunyard's implementation of equity incentive,as well as its implementation performance.First of all,this article analyzes the development process and current situation of equity incentive,makes a systematic overview of it,and makes full preparation for the case study and analysis.Then,this paper introduces the case of the implementation of Sunyard's equity incentive,analyzes the motivations based on the incident background,assesses the effect of equity incentive on its long-term and short-term performance combined with the detailed analysis of the company's financial data.In the end,this article summarizes the implementation of Sunyard's equity incentive and puts forward some suggestions.This paper comprehensively objectively introduces the implementation of Sunyard's equity incentive throughout the process,analyzes the motivations,performance and stock price of its equity incentive.That is main contribution of this article.Because the author's time,the data quality and the individual level are limited,the research depth and persuasion of Sunyard's implementation effect of equity incentive are not enough.I will increase the research in the area of company's performance of equity incentive in the next study to compensate for the shortcomings of the current study.and short-term performance are analyzed in detail.Finally implement equity incent ive for Sunyard it summarizes and puts forward some proposals to the.Main contribution of this article is from Sunyard on the case of the implementation of equity incentive,objectively analyses the whole process of the implementation of equity incentive and its influence,to the Sunyard implementation of equity incentive motivation,performance,price has carried on the comprehensive analysis.Due to the analysis of this article is still in a relatively primary stage,at the same time the author of the limited time and level,combined with the data collected on the quality and quantity is limited,and make statistics of time there is a certain error,lead to China's listed companies the implementation of equity incentive mechanism research depth is not eno ugh,this may have caused the paper to a certain extent adaptability and persuasive has certain deficiency,will increase to the research of this field,and to make up for the deficiency existing in the current.
