Research On Unemployment Insurance Of Shenzhen

The construction of harmonious society is an important goal and necessary condition for the development of our country.The focus of the government has always been around the people's most concerned and most realistic interests,and the reform of social security is an important aspect of the construction of the people's livelihood.Unemployment is a common phenomenon in the transition to a market economy,and unemployment has seriously affected social stability.Unemployment insurance,as an important part of the state's social security system,plays an active role in maintaining social stability and ensuring sustained economic development.Unemployment insurance to protect the basic standard of living of the unemployed to promote the re-employment of unemployed people to protect the social development in a relatively weak position of the interests of groups,is to adhere to people-oriented,to maintain social equity important "regulator" is to ensure that society harmonious "stabilizer".The current international economic form is complex and changeable,the role of unemployment insurance has become increasingly prominent,because the system construction is imperfect,monitoring and management is not comprehensive,the role of unemployment insurance system can't fully play,superiority can't be reflected.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the current problems of unemployment insurance,to construct an effective unemployment insurance system,and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions in light of China's national conditions.Shenzhen as a modern immigrant city,the population composition is diverse,the employment competition is big,the urgent need for expanding the reform of the unemployment insurance system,the coverage of the unemployment insurance in the country has a typical,representative,the study of Shenzhen unemployment insurance problems China's future development of unemployment insurance has a guiding significance.This paper focuses on the present situation of Shenzhen,and briefly introduces the development process of unemployment insurance system in Shenzhen and China.Through the analysis of the income and expenditure of Shenzhen in recent years,the author analyzes the factors that affect the current situation of unemployment insurance in Shenzhen and finds that the insurance system of current unemployment in the existing problems,to find a solution.In this paper,the use of interviews and literature investigation method,focusing on the status of Shenzhen unemployment insurance,found that Shenzhen unemployment insurance system is insufficient,put forward the idea and suggestions to solve the problem.At the same time,through the study of foreign unemployment insurance system,summed up the different means of unemployment insurance,as well as different coverage of the object,learn from the experience of Shenzhen system reform.Finally,through the analysis,this paper draws up the improvement measures of the unemployment insurance system,the need for diversification of the unemployment insurance system,the flow of labor workers,civil servants,college students and other groups should be included in the scope of insurance;from the policy implementation speed,unemployment insurance functions,to promote the reform of the unemployment insurance system;through legislation,moral education,database construction,etc.,establish and improve the unemployment insurance fund regulatory model,reduce the risk of the fund.
