Beijing Unemployment Insurance System Enjoy Status And Its Influencing Factors

Since the1980s,china has started its reform from planned economy to market economy.however,unemployment is always with market economy,it’s essential for the country to build a system to ensure unployment person’s life and re-employment.it has been proved from history and theory,unemployment insurance system is an effect way to solve unemployment problem.As the capital of china,since1986,Beijing has built its suitable unemployment insurance system under national laws;regulations and policies,after twenty more years,all walks of life pay close attention to the affection of this system.the use of unemployment insurance,like coverage area,condition of drawing unemployment compensation, implementation of employment promotion measures,has major impact on unployment insurance.above this, based on the data of Beijing women’s social status,this thesis treats coveraged people as research object,via signalment analysis and logistic regression analysis refer to coverage area,condition of drawing unemployment compensation, implementation of employment promotion measures,to studyt he affect of Beijing’s unemployment insurance system.at the same time,we draw lessons from foreign experience in value,in order to put forward suggestions for the reference.
