Recently,overseas e-commerce sellers have been increased drastically by 30% every year.There is an emerging trend that overseas e-commerce becoming one of the most important channels for international trade.Overseas e-commerce development becomes even more vigorous fueled by subsidies from the government.On the other hands,the development of overseas third party e-commerce platform provides a stepping stone for small scale sellers entering larger market and boarder market reach.However,questions arise from the selection of third party e-commerce platform based on company's self-condition and resources.The following paragraphs making reference to FZS to analyze the selection of third party e-commerce platform.The research methodologies comprise of primary and secondary research method.Secondary research is applied to realize the sales channel and basic operation of third party e-commerce platform and eventually selected 21 platforms as research area.Primary research is applied to collect preferences on different platforms from various enterprises and professionals.These researches finally come up with 4 most potential platforms after evaluation of scores on different aspects by the interviewees.Instead of the above researches,interview with open ended questions would probe the features and important points on selection of various platforms.Summarizing the above information,it finally turns out Amazon is the most appropriate third party e-commerce platform to FZS.Besides of the analysis on the research result,we also provide implementation plan and suggestions to FZS.By integrating the above researches,it acts as a solution or references on the selection of overseas their party e-commerce platform for other company.
