The Study Of Energy Trade Influenced By Energy Efficiency Between China And The Countries Along “the Belt And Road”

China is a country which is poor in petroleum and gas and is rich in coal.Its large amounts of energy is rely on imports from other countries.China’s major energy importing countries concentrate on geopolitical complex region and its energy trading safety problems is thought-provoking.Besides,due to China’s study about energy concentrate on the development and utilization for a long time.It lack of the study and application to energy’s reasonable and effective configuration.Combined with the behindhand energy application technology,all of these factors lead to China’s energy efficiency is low and a large number of useful resources are wasted in using process.It is mentioned in “the 13 th Five-Year Plan” that further advancing energy revolution,promoting to change energy’s production and utilization way,improving energy efficiency,promoting energy technology revolution;promoting energy resources and industrial cooperation between China and the countries around “the Belt and Road”.The proposition of “the Belt and Road” and the status quo of China make it far-reaching significance studying the energy’s efficiency and its energy trading with the counties around “the Belt and Road”.This paper mainly studies the influence of energy efficiency changes to the energy trading between China and the countries around “the Belt and Road” and puts forward corresponding according to the results.Besides the introductions,the paper discusses the contents from five parts: the first part defines the concepts related to energy and energy efficiency,and mainly builds the study’s theoretical basis from the economics and international trade.In the second part,it mainly analyzes the energy trading situation and the problems now between China and the countries around “the Belt and Road”.Chinese energy mainly depends on importing from other countries and its trading countries is concentrated,risky and its energy efficiency is low.These problems need to be solved.The third part focuses on measuring China and its energy trading countries around “the Belt and Road” by the highly applied DEA data envelopment method to measure the energy efficiency and found:Compared with other energy trading partner countries,China’s energy efficiency is stable,but its growth trend is not obvious and it still has room to improve.So how energy efficiency influence the energy trading between China and the countries around “the Belt and Road”?Whether can it improve the status quo of Chinese energy trading by promoting the efficiency?In this paper,after evaluating the energy efficiency of every country,in the fourth part it introduced multivariate and use panel data to measure the energy trading influences of the various indexes to China and the countries along “the Belt and Road”.Then analyzes the results reasonably and scientifically.In the last part,combining with the practical situation and the theory support of the paper to further analyze the results.What is more,it comes up with corresponding countermeasures to improve energy efficiency and optimize the energy trading of China and the countries around “the Belt and Road” based on the results of model measuring.
