Research On The Question Of Quality Management Of New Product Introduction In Q Co.,Ltd

With the renewal of science and technology,the consumer electronics industry product updates faster and faster,the performance is getting better and better,and the relative price decreases,thus the electronic products suppliers must match electronic product development pace of rapid with introduction of low cost and high performance electronic products.Enterprises need to timely advanced technology rapid application to product design,in order to seize market opportunities into a reality.The process of product from design to production as NPI Project Management,In this paper,based on quality management of new product introduction process of Q company as the research object.The object products as the main product of light touch switch of Q company.The research focuses on ensuring to reach the goal of the products' quality under the pressure of time and cost,as well as reflecting the core competitiveness of enterprises.It studies on quality management in each stage of new product introduction process problems and countermeasures.Firstly,description of Q company current NPI process based on the theory of project management and quality management theory,introduces respectively the planning guide stage,design verification stage,the amount of test validation phase of quality management method,through the research on the quality management methods in different stages,points out the existing quality management in the problems.Secondly,in the planning stage to lead,stakeholders are more,not very good for the communication problems of establishing the mechanism of direct communication with customers,convenient communication.In the design verification stage,design research to participate in the parent company,play DFMEA(potential failure mode effect analysis),designed to reduce quality risk;test confirmed that stage in quantity,combining the research on the theory of organizational structure of project management how to change Q's project organization structure in order to more conducive to the effective implementation of the success of the project.At the same time,we can make full use of the FTA(fault tree analysis)to solve more systematic problem of test quality appearing in the process of trial stage.
