Study On Enterprise Value Assessment Of BM Co.,Ltd

Enterprise value maximization is the aim of corporate finance,which the decesions of investors,shareholders and managers are about.The object of this thesis is BM company.From the point of investors and managers,the thesis evaluate the value of BM Company by Free Flow Model and price earnings ratio.Based on the information and result of the assessment,some suggesstions are given to the investors and managers.First,the thesis describes the main theories about corporate value and introduces the concepts of corporate value,the main methods of corporate value assessment and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods.Second,the thesis analyzes the external environment,internal resources and ability and the development strategy of BM Company,and then analyzes and predicts the future growth ability and profitability of BM company with tools,such as Five-force Model.At last,the internal value of BM Company of Dec.31 th.2013 is calculated,and is compared with the share price in stock market in the same time,in order to make suggesstions to investors' investing decesions and to managers to improve their management.Then,the thesis compares the result of Free Flow Model and price earnings ratio and studies the scientificity of the theory and the practicability in practice.The thesis goes deep into the quintessence of the theory to improve their application in corporate value assessment scientifically and enhance the scientificity of decesions.
