The Application Of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) In The Production Management Of QH Company

Under the impetus of global economic development and continuous innovation,the production and management of the world refinery enterprise is undergoing profound changes-entered into intelligent production and information integration age,they improved the efficiency in operation and management and reduced cost signally.MES(Manufacturing Execution System),working to build an information platform,it serves as a link between control,execution and management.In this thesis,firstly elaborates the background and significances of MES study,introduced MES modular design,application range and implementation process combined with QH management and business process.Then established an evaluation system for production and management of QH MES,analyzed the result hierarchically.In the end,the paper puts forward improvement measures for material movement alarm,measuring control and intelligent query.The research result shows that MES application is successful in QH,it optimize the business process in aspect of production schedule and figures and energy management,puts up an information communication bridge between production and management,in hope of improving elaborate business management and core competitiveness.
