The world's first book on fine management is The Principles of Scientific Management,which was written by Taylor in 1911.As a management concept of modern enterprises,refined management was first put forward by Japanese enterprises in 1950 s.Up till now,the theories of refined management has been accepted by more and more enterprise managers since it is a kind of advanced management culture as well as advanced management method.However,the theoretical circle didn't form an authoritative and efficient management system,comparatively lagging behind on the research of refined management of the cost in Drilling Engineering Company.This thesis did some research on the practice and application of refined management of drilling engineering cost.The thesis at first overviewed the present situation of extensive cost management in Anhui Drilling Engineering Company,then put forward the thought and method of research on refined management of drilling engineering cost on the basis of the theory and its requirements of refined management.Through the deep analysis of problems in the practice of management,the thesis also presented the principles and thoughts of implementing refined management in drilling engineering cost.Combined with cost structure and drilling,technical,managerial characteristics of petroleum drilling engineering industry,from the aspects of creation of management mechanisms,measures and deepening details,the thesis stated the practice and application of refined management theories in cost control of drilling engineering.The thesis also brought forth the supporting measures of implementing the refined management of drilling cost.
