Study On Standardized Drilling Cost Management In ZY Petroleum Company

Standardization Management is global available,and also an important measures of gaining competitive advantage for well-known enterprise in developed countries.ZY petroleum engineering company,as a multinational comprehensive petroleum engineering contractors,introduces the theory and method of standardization management into cost management field,which comply with the company's development strategy and management promotion.ZY petroleum engineering company has carried on the positive exploration and practice in systematic cost management,but has not yet raised to the height of standardized management.It's necessary to standardize and unify the drilling cost management,procedures and standards scattered in each management system,and to build a standardized drilling cost management system.This paper,guided by "eight words principle" of Standardization Management theory,with five key links of drilling cost management as the basic framework,in view of the success and existing problems on current drilling cost management in ZY petroleum engineering company,followed the integrated thought that standardized firstly,optimized then,and unified finally,standardizes and systematizes the content of drilling cost management,procedures,methods,and the drilling cost management control activities,and puts forward the design thought on the drilling cost management responsibility,management process,cost accounting,cost analysis,and standardized cost assessment.According to the design thought of "five standardizations",this paper has studied the construction of drilling cost standardization management system in ZY petroleum engineering company.By building standardized cost management network,promoting the standardization of management subject,management function and management behavior;by building a standardized cost management process,promoting the definition and disaggregation of cost management responsibility and budget;through the unified cost accounting,analysis and evaluation,establishing and improving the basis of standardized cost management work and business standards.This paper also puts forward the supporting measures to implement standardized drilling cost management in ZY petroleum engineering companies,and also ponders over the deepen application of those measures.
