China,as a developed rapidly new industrial country,is using coal as its main energy,but as economy developed,we face more and more serious pollution.How to use new and clean energy to replace coal energy is the problem we need to solve.With years of growth,wind power has played important role in replacing fossil energy and reducing green house gas emission.Wind power generation has been regarded as the most potential power with mature tech and low development cost.Many countries choose wind power to improve energy structure and facing problems of climate warming.Jing Cheng New Energy Co.ltd(JCNE)manufactures large wind power generation equipments,so it is important to make research on marketing strategy of wind driven generator.The article uses application marketing strategy as theory evidence to study JCNE’s market development.Through ways of analyzing macro policy environment,industry environment with its outside and inner environment and comparing with main competitive enterprises,we use SWOT to analysis good and bad point JCNE must face with the market environment.We find problems of JCNE must solve as brand infamous,serious competition,price war and so on and try to make marketing strategy.The article uses 4P and other necessary marketing theories to help JCNE develop its market.I hope the article can help other companies to make their own marketing strategy.
