| In recent years, China energy development is increasing continuously, coal project construction speed quickly, new mines quantity and investment reach the highest level. Therefore, raise coal mine construction projects management level, summarize the construction process experience in time, ensures the investment effect, has become a problem which need to resolve urgently, project post evaluation is one of methods to settle these problem.Combining with the construction projects actuality in both China and foreign, make analyze of advantages, disadvantages and applicable scope on analytic hierarchy process, comparative analysis, success degree analysis, causal analysis and multilevel grey evaluation method. According to the coal mine construction project particularity and complexity, this paper adopts multilevel grey evaluation method for the Qing Shuiying coal mine construction project post evaluation research.Qing Shuiying coal mine construction project post evaluation index system includes 1 total evaluation index, 5 primary index and 18 secondary indexes. Using analytic hierarchy process determines various index proportion, and to validate the consistency, satisfy the evaluation index consistency requirements; Application of grey evaluation method to establish the grey evaluation weight vectors and weight matrix for Qing Shuiying coal mine construction project post evaluation, reached the evaluation results finally.Research shows that use multilevel grey evaluation method for the coal mine construction project post-evaluation is feasible, evaluation methods is advanced, the results more reliable and can be accurate reflect the problems in the process of construction, and putsforward corresponding solutions for future similar coal mine construction, provide feasible suggestions to ensure such projects good and health development. |
