The Influence Of Social Insurance For Residents' Consumption In Harbin

In recent years,the modern social security system has gradually established in the world.It is not difficult to find that the more sound social security system,workers have less worries,labor relations more harmonious.Therefore,in order to obtain a healthy,sustainable,and civilized development,scholars from various countries around the world began to pay attention to and study the impact of social security on consumer behavior and social development.After the 1990 s,the residents' consumption rate has been declining.First,by the government's macroeconomic regulation and the impact of consumption;next is 80% of the final consumption of residents to reduce consumption.And the imperfect social security system have directly limits the economic development,to a large extent,restricts and affects the consumption growth,as the core content of the endowment insurance is the key to affect the consumer.So,it is very important to discuss the relationship between the endowment insurance and the consumption of the residents.Harbin as the capital city of more developed,after years of exploration and practice,has initially established with Harbin cities districts that meet the needs of social insurance system.So,in the key period of the development of China's social security,the data can be used as the basis of the study of Harbin,to explore the impact of the consumption of urban residents,the significance of which is more significant.Based on the purpose and significance,this paper adopts the theory analysis and empirical research method of combining the research of the related research summary,and put forward the corresponding suggestions for the development of our city endowment insurance.First of all,it introduced and expounded some endowment insurance and consumer related theoretical basis and basic concepts.Secondly,the description of the Harbin pension insurance and the residents' consumption situation,the paper analyzed the relationship between them.Among them from aspects of the number of ginseng and social security expenditure depicting insurance status;Description from the aspects of consumption ability and level,consumption;Analyzes the existing problems from aspects of the level of consumption.Third,combined with the related data,from the income distribution,savings,pressure and so on in-depth analysis of endowment insurance impact on residents' consumption.Fourth,according to the results,based on the practical situation of Harbin,the pension insurance system to promote the promotion of consumer spending,including: we will accelerate reform of the system,the system transition;decentralized management authority;improve the overall level;enhance the promotion rate;strengthen the fund operation: raising pension replacement rate;and so on.Finally,focusing on the relationship between the old age insurance and the consumption of the residents,the conclusion is drawn that the endowment insurance system to a certain extent,affects the town residents' consumption,and the more is by influencing the residents' income distribution and redistribution or mediation further third-party factors of residents' consumption.In general,in a certain and reasonable and conform to local society and the level of social security of the boundary,and raising the level of social security system of perfecting urban residents helps to increase the current consumer spending,raise the consumption rate.At present,our country social security level is within reasonable limits,to continue efforts to perfect the social security system,expand the insurance coverage of the crowd,lower payment rates,thus further improve the level of urban residents in social security,and promote the residents' consumption.
