Research On Development Strategy Of Hit Robot Group

With the development of market economy,chinese economy is facing a transition.After the reform and opening-up,the southeast coastal cities are at the forefront of reform and opening up.The old industrial bases in Northeast China have not kept up with the tide of reform.The large state-owned enterprises,they can't grasp the development opportunities,is now facing the problem of survival,Heilongjiang Province is a typical state-owned enterprises to the main province of the main economic lifeline are in the hands of state-owned enterprises,but behind state-owned enterprises,backward product is indisputable fact.HRG is a high-tech enterprise jointly established by Heilongjiang Province,Harbin City and HIT.The development of HRG has carried on the task of industrial transformation in Heilongjiang Province to a certain extent.For HRG's development strategy,the province's economic transformation has practical significance.This paper consists of four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly includes the research background and the research status in china and abroad,combined with the relevant theoretical basis,to study the HRG.The second chapter is the basic analysis of the development strategy of HRG.Based on the current development of HRG,this paper analyzes the current situation of HRG and finds out a series of problems.The third chapter is the SWOT analysis of HRG,through SWOT analysis of HRG advantages and disadvantages,as well as the opportunities and challenges.The fourth chapter is the development strategy of HRG.The implementation of enterprise development strategy must have the corresponding measures,HRG must reform from the organizational structure,market channels to expand and increase R & D investment,and actively expand the financing channels to attract and retain talent in these areas to achieve.Based on the theory of enterprise development strategy management,this paper analyzes SWOT model of HRG,puts forward corresponding development strategy for HRG,and puts forward corresponding strategy for how to realizeHRG's development strategy.
