Research On The Application Of Responsibility Accounting In The Performance Evaluation System Of H Bank

The operating condition of the banking industry plays a decisive role in the development of the financial industry,which has an important influence on the development of China's national economy.In order to survive and develop,the banks are actively exploring effective and reasonable performance evaluation system,which can reflect the operating performance and improve the management level.This paper takes the H bank as the main object of study,through the domestic and international responsibility accounting in commercial banks in the application of learning,to help our sm all city commercial banks better use of responsibility accounting concept to establish reasonable performance evaluation system,improve the bank's economic efficiency,improve the bank's performance management system,improve the bank's management level.Firstly,the relevant theory of the responsibility accounting and the responsibility accounting,which is the theoretical basis of the paper and the general situation of H bank and the status quo of the performance evaluation system is analyzed.According to the basic theory of responsibility accounting,the performance evaluation system is constructed,and the expected effect of the system is constructed,and the obstacles and safeguard measures are described in detail.I hope this paper can make some contribution to the construction of the performance evaluation system for domestic small city commercial banks.
