Post Office Bank SX Branch Economic Benefit Audit Evaluation Research

With the development of China's economy,commercial banks play an increasingly important role in the economy.In the financial reform and international banking environment,as an integral part of China's banks,China Post Savings Bank plays an important role in promoting the transformation of China's economic structure,especially promoting rural economic development in the context of Internet finance.The implementation of economic efficiency audit is not only the necessary means for the Postal Savings Bank of China to strengthen the management and promote their own development,but also an important guarantee for ensuring that China's economic balances between urban and rural areas.Building a perfect audit evaluation index system is the key to carry out economic efficiency audit well.The implementation of economic benefits audit is conducive to postal savings bank reform and progress,improve and develop the internal management system.Besides,through improving the internal risk control mechanism of the bank,it also can establish and improve the risk management system to make the bank's management decisions more scientific,which ultimately will improve the bank's operating capacity and overall revenue.Perfecting economic efficiency audit evaluation index system is an important guarantee for the postal savings bank to improve the management and enhance the economic efficiency.The research of the thesis begins with the research of domestic and foreign economic benefit audit and audit evaluation,expounds the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad at first.Secondly,it introduces the theory of auditing and connotation of its economic evaluation,and on basis of that,the paper analyzes the current economic benefit auditing system of Shaanxi Postal Savings Bank and its present situation.At the same time,it puts forward some countermeasures for the possible problems in the evaluation system of postal savings bank economic efficiency.Finally,combining the theory of Balanced Scorecard,the paper optimizes the evaluation index system of postal savings bank economic efficiency.And the weights of the relevant evaluation indexes and their scores were determined by AHP.This paper also gives some suggestions on optimizing the audit and evaluation of economic benefit of SX Branch of Postal Savings Bank through doing empirical validation on the SX Postal Savings Bank audit practice with relevant data.
