| In recent years,the real estate saw sustainable and rapid development and was for several time the focus of Chinese macro regulation and control.And the market is getting more and more competitive.There are many factors affecting the construction of real estate project,such as long duration,long recovery and other characteristics affecting.Moreover,the development of projects also faces the risks of a series of unpredictable.In this situation,the project construction work of the economic study is very important.This paper use XSG Block in Suzhou National New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone as research target.On the basis of literature review and theoretical review,this paper focuses on the feasibility of real estate development project of XSG Block in Suzhou National New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone.On the basic situation of the project and the project's location in the macro environment,the paper analyzes the financial and anti-risk ability of the project.Firstly,we study the macroeconomic environment,the regional macroeconomic and the regional real estate market competition environment in Suzhou City,on the basis of SWOT analysis draw up the project market orientation and the development concept of the project is determined,determing the designing scheme and marketing scheme,then using scheme to draw up the development schedule and marketing schedule.Secondly,basing on the market survey and data analysis,we estimate the project investment,captital condition,financial assessment and uncertainty analysis to calculate the profitability and risk of this project.Finally,identify the risks of project development and put forward countermeasures.On the basis of the above analysis,the paper concludes the economy of the project.At the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions,which can help the enterprise to make the decision of the project development in the special environment. |
