Exploring The Construction Of The Specialized Baking Organization Pattern Of Walnut In Yunnan Province

With the rapid development of our country's economy and the increasing requirement of the masses,more and more demanding quality of food and life was needed.Walnut,a kind of nuts with high nutritive value,is widely favored by consumers in the market.YangBi County,located in Dali,Yunna Province,is known as the reputation of "Chinese township of walnut".Yangbi walnut industry is becoming the economic and leading industry involved people's livelihood.With the sustainable and growing development of walnut industry,the dried walnut technology gradually becomes one of the important influencing factors.In this paper,we made use of SWOT method,investigation method,and literature consulting method,based on YangBi actual situation of walnut dried industry,then put forward the proposal of organization pattern about "organic walnut planting base+farmer + walnut specialized cooperation organization+ professional curing company" for YangBi County walnut industrial development.Firstly,in the basis of the domestic walnut situation of professional dried organization,combining macro-background with Yunnan modern plateau characteristic agricultural development,we come up with the suggestion that the construction of walnut professional dried organization model can play the role of promoting walnut industry,Yunnan plateau characteristic agriculture and modern agriculture.Secondly,we used SWOT method for YangBi County walnut professional dried organization,including comprehensive four aspects of superiority,weaknesses,opportunities,and threaten.Finally,combining with the disadvantages and challenges of walnut professional dried organization of development,we put forward the construction of "organic walnut planting base+ farmer + walnut specialized cooperation organization+ professional curing company " for Yangbi walnut professional dried organization mode.The five aspects of the mode build ideas,mode build targets,mode build principles,mode organizational structure,and mode relations sbout principal part was also discussed for the purpose of implementation,which can promote walnut advancing quality and efficiency,improve organic walnuts brand competitiveness,and increase the innovation and promotion target of agricultural science and technology.The building of YangBi professional dried organization pattern was based on thefarmer,autonomy,voluntary,mutual win-win benefit,adjust measures to local conditions,and promoting agricultural specialization level.The aims was to build the walnut professional organization mode to expand the examples of curing walnut organization scale,standardize management,promote the examples walnut quality,create the organic walnuts brand,and achieve to maximize the interests of farmers examples.Farmers in the model is not only the cooperative "shareholders",but also the role of "employee";Walnut professional cooperatives in the model is the role as "the organizers",as well as the dominant role;Walnut professional curing services company in this pattern is responsible for curing and sales,as the marketization of "promoters" role.The walnut professional curing organization mode was operated by the follows,which the cooperative farmers joined to the cooperation by their forest right becoming shareholder,then the form of "six unification" was formed,unification of planning and development,variety,production technology,seedling fertilization,pest control,and professional curing.The unified professional curing is representative of the walnut professional cooperatives farmers,as well as professional curing services company.The processing was to achieve "curing walnut service agreement",then the services company responsible for the curing assignments,as well as packaging and sales.
