Study On The City Image Shaping In Qinhuangdao City

With the advance of global urbanization and urban modernization,urban competition has replaced the national competition and industry competition to become the focus of global competition.The city image as an important resource elements of the urban core competitiveness has also been increasingly common concerned.However,many cities construction process in China ignores the importance of the city image.Qinhuangdao as one of the first one reforming and opening cities,the wave of globalization has offered Qinhuangdao a higher platform for the city image shaping in the future.This paper takes Qinhuangdao city image as the object of study,with the theory of city planning and management in the public management to analyze the current situation of the development of Qinhuangdao City,founding that the city image shaping of Qinhuangdao exist positioning swing,unban space layout in disorder,visual image level is uneven,the urban planning management mechanism mode of a single,lack of public participation and so on.The author through the construction of the city's image shaping system theory,including architecture,urban image shaping city image shape bearing system and city image shaping mechanism of three parts,including urban image-building system structure including the functions of image,the image shape,economic image and cultural image of the four subsystems,the bearing system including physical class load factor,the character class load elements and event classes carrying,shaping mechanism including decision-making system,execution system,evaluation system,to participate in the system,monitoring system,consultation system.On the basis of the theoretical construction of Qinhuangdao city image of four early bearing system and system structure,shaping mechanism are analyzed,and put forward the reasonable location of qinhuangdao city image,countermeasures and Suggestions of improving the image creation mechanism.The main research methods of this paper are literature analysis,field survey and systematic analysis.Through the qualitative analysis of the problems existing in the planning and image shaping of Qinhuangdao City,this paper discusses how Qinhuangdao City can create the image of the city through the urban planning management in the future development,and provide some feasible suggestions for the city governance and the city image of Qinhuangdao.
