The Research On The Factors Which Influence Occupation Benefit Of Production Operations Employees In Enterprises

Enterprises for a country or region's economic development has a pivotal role,and in the enterprise production operation employees have a major impact on the product quality,occupation benefit of production operation employees is a matter of personal and enterprise's sustainable development.In the thirteen Five-Year Plan outline explicitly proposed that improve the quality and efficiency of development as the center in the present stage.This article first introduced the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad,through the analysis of the influence factors of enterprise production operation employees occupation benefit as well as the influence degree of various factors,hope to strengthen the internal management of enterprises,reduce staff turnover rate,create greater efficiency,thus establish enterprise's competitive advantage.Secondly,based on the related theories and literature to determine the influence factor of enterprise production operation employees occupation benefit index system.Through the questionnaire survey to collect data,including interv iews,preliminary research and formal research three stages.Using SPSS17.0 software to the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis to the research result,measuring the designed questionnaire content validity,structure validity and reliability,delete is not in conformity with the requirements of the item,form a formal investigation questionnaire.Again,using SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 software to the formal questionnaire for exploratory and confirmatory analysis,using the descriptive statistics analysis,factor analysis,principal component analysis,correlation and regression analysis,independent sample T test,single factor variance analysis,build the personal factors,organizational factors,family factors,the social factors and national factors,five dimensions of enterprise production employees occupation benefit index system of influencing factors.Finally,according to the results of the empirical analysis and relevant eories,put forward about the enterprise production operation employees related suggestions on the research to the influential factors of occupation benefit,also is h elpful to improve benefit of employees and enterprises.
