Xiang e qing was the first company listed on the a-share private catering enterprises,enterprise management of the target customer group is the government officials and top business people,in the industry for positioning in the high-end restaurant.Continuous release in 2012-2013,the government ban on "three consumption","eight regulation",such as policy,in the food industry in the high-end market enterprises inevitably affected by the policy appeared declining performance,operating difficulties.In response to market changes,in the high-end catering enterprises have to adjust business strategy to buffer the high-end catering market downward trend.In this paper,we study the case of enterprise xiang e qing during the policy,frequently implemented a strategic transformation.In this paper,the relevant theories of strategic transformation literature at home and abroad,on the basis of the research in a-share listed xiang e qing high-end catering enterprises.Case analysis part:(1)the case background,expounds the developing situation of China’s high-end dining and introduces the basic conditions of xiang e qing;(2)according to the strategic transformation of motivation theory,analyzes the reason of xiang e qing implementation of strategic transformation and transformation of environmental protection,film and television and the Internet,including the impetuses for the implementation of the strategic transformation from policy factors,market factors and the analysis of the enterprise resources and ability;(3)describe xiang e qing strategic transformation process,according to the strategic transformation of our country scholar xue aspiring summed up the pattern classification analysis xiang e qing strategic transformation model;(4)the emphasis was on the effects of xiang e qing strategic transformation,the main financial indicators analysis,principal component analysis(pca),and non-financial indicators to study the effect of enterprise strategic transformation.Use of financial indicators longitudinal analysis of the influence of the strategic transformation of enterprise management ability,and horizontal contrast reflects the effect of the enterprise strategic transformation and industry.Using principal component analysis(pca)is mainly through the contrast before and after the enterprise strategic transformation performance to evaluate the effect of strategic transformation.Non-financial indicators mainly analyses the strategic transformation of enterprise credibility and employee retention.Final conclusion: in this paper,based on the related theory of strategic transformation,combined with the case analysis part,respectively from two aspects of motivation and effect the conclusion.Strategic transformation dynamics aspect: xiang e qing the impetuses for the implementation of the strategic transformation by policy factors,market factors and the influence of enterprise resources and capacity,and analyzes the reason of transformation of environmental protection,film and television and the Internet;Strategic transformation effect aspects: financial index,according to the results of the enterprise implementation of the strategic transformation did not make the enterprise’s financial position was better,the performance of the implementation of the strategic transformation of enterprises haven’t good performance before the transition.Non-financial analysis results show that the strategic transformation reduces the enterprise credit,enterprise staffs loss serious,resulting in a decline in the potential competitiveness of the enterprise.
