With the development of economy and society,the problems of traffic,environment and resources are becoming more and more serious,which has seriously affected the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard.As an innovative mode,public bicycle plays a significant role in encouraging people to choose non-motorized travel mode,reduce environmental pollution and take more exercise,thus many attention has been paid on it and many citis has established the public bicycle system.At present,there are still some problems in its development,for example,the site layout is not so reasonable,the rental system is not so convenient and intelligent.Based on the analysis of public bicycle development,this paper choose to discuss the optimization of city public bicycle site layout.Firstly,this paper introduced the basic situation of public bicycle,analyzed its development state of the typical city at home and abroad,discussed the experiences and shortages in its development,and then expounded the relevant theory of site layout.Secondly,taking Xi' an as an example,the using condition of city public bicycle sites were analyzed,mainly through three statistical data,including the usage data of the 10 sites selected in five classes to discuss the bike features,the questionnaire survey data of users at sites to discuss their individual attributes and travel preference characteristics,and residents'opinions and suggestions of public bike on its corporation website.At last the key problems of Xi'an public bicycle site was summarized,namely unreasonable layout,unbalanced demand of bicyce lend and return,and belated repositioning at fastigium.Then,according to the usage data of public bicycle sites,residents questionnaire survey data and professors' advices,this paper proposed some factors affecting public bicycle layout,and using AHP method screened two key factors which greatly impact the bicycle demand,namely land property of surrounding area and traffic polulation flow,and at last simply evaluated the ten sites anayzed before.Finally,the optimization of the size and location of the public bike site were discussed.Using the actual usage data,the paper forecast the bicycle demand through calculating the public bicycle and parking pile scale in maximun deviation method.Then the optimization model of site layout was established based on GIS,and verified through analyzing the two scenic sites.This provides policy recommendations and methods to optimize the site layout of city public bicycle,which is very helpful to its sustainable and healthy development.
