With the rapid development of the Internet,China’s e-commerce market was 20.2 trillion yuan in 2016,up 23.6 percent year on year.On alibaba’s singles day in 2016 alone,taobao saw sales of 120.7 billion yuan,including an,unlimited number of 82%.But e-commerce companies are far less profitable than expected,in part because of the lack of credit for e-commerce companies.In 2016,consumer reports compiled a survey of consumer complaints in 2016,which showed that the industry was the first in the industry.Complaints about online shopping are focused on credit issues such as product quality and fake activity.According to the China electronic commerce complaints and the rights of the public service platform,according to data from the big in 2016 by a variety of complaints channels to the national network o.f consumer users complaint cases accepted year-on-year growth of 14.78%,the retail electricity complaints accounted for 64.20%of all complaints(network shopping,cross-border electricity 52.54%and 11.52%,wechat business 0.14%).Corporate miscommunication impedes the flow of goods,increases transaction costs,reduces the means of payment by companies,reduces economic efficiency and hampers economic efficiency.In this paper,based on the theory of marxist economics theory in the credit,has analyzed our country electronic commerce enterprise credit conditions,compared with the general enterprise e-commerce enterprises have the particularity,it is easier to cause the electronic commerce enterprise,e-commerce enterprises using the Internet fraud,counterfeits will trade secrets and customer privacy issues,these reasons is lack of good faith idea,e-commerce enterprise rules consciousness indifference,lagging legislation of e-commerce enterprises in our country,law enforcement is lax,the lack of credit management,lack of punishment mechanism,etc.,analyze the main reason is because the penalties,broken promises of low cost.This article draw lessons from foreign developed countries e-commerce enterprise credit system construction of the basic experience,according to China’s e-commerce enterprise credit problem,put forward the perfect enterprise credit management,strengthen the internal support for the construction of enterprise credit and improve the disciplinary mechanism,cultivate good corporate external credit environment two aspects countermeasures.On the one hand,e-commerce enterprises must establish the enterprise credit idea,strengthen employee moral training and establish internal management system.Must increase the faithless cost,on the other hand,this requires our country to strengthen credit legal system,strengthen the government’s effective management of enterprise credit,set up a specialized credit management departments,set up scientific credit evaluation method,build the credit management mode in our country,build system of enterprise credit,credit supervision and give full play to the intermediary role,establishing perfect credit transparent mechanism and punishment mechanism.Only in this way can we ensure the smooth and orderly development of e-commerce enterprises.
