A Study On The Reform Of Bank Of China From Theperspective Of Marx' S Financial Theory

Bank of China is one of China's five largest state-owned commercial banks,its international and diversification ranks first in China's banking industry.With the deepening of China's financial system reform,China's economic development into the new normal,as the core of the financial industry and the main body of the funds in the economic reform and development of the role is self-evident.In the field of banking,the bank system of state-owned banks is still not fundamentally touched.Because of the particularity of state-owned property rights and the historical burden of state-owned commercial banks,the institutional reform of state-owned commercial banks has become more difficult.In a short time,it is difficult to have a fundamental change in the lag of banking reform.With Marx's financial theory,it is of great significance to study the reform of state-owned commercial banks deeply.In this paper,the main contents of Marxist theory of finance-Marx's monetary and financial theory,Marx's virtual capital theory,Marx's financial capital theory,Marx's financial crisis theory,the reform process of China's banks and its main content,the achievements of China's banking reform,face the author puts forward the enlightenment of Marx's financial theory on the reform of Bank of China-strengthens the control of the virtual capital and strengthens the prevention and control of the financial crisis,and puts forward the measures of the reform of Bank of China under the guidance of Marx's financial theory.Reform and development follow the laws of financial operation,promote the development of characteristic business,implement the reform of banking supervision system and so on,and provide some reference for the reform of state-owned commercial banks.
