With the popularity of mobile phones,tablet PCs and other mobile intelligent digital terminals and the unprecedented development of mobile Internet technology,people’s lifestyle and habits are involving great changes.This changes are also driving the transformation of business model,the traditional business model is being subverted.The group of college students known as having unique personality and very pursuit of novelty,fashion and convenient way of lifestyle have an advocating fitness with the mobile Internet which is famous with its convenience,portability,accuracy and user driven characteristics.They hope everything will be done through the mobile Internet with meeting the needs of the campus life.Thus compared with limitations of the traditional campus business,the establishment and development of O2O business model and platform focusing on campus file service has a strong practical significance.As for college students,how to make O2O online and offline interaction? What kind of promotion marketing strategy is suitable for campus life service O2O platform,so as to expand the platform influence,and to change their consumption habits to establish a good ecosystem for production development?This paper is based on the theory of business management and operation,using the method of case study with in-depth analysis and research on the problems in the current operation process of K uaipao O2O campus service platform maintained by the C company With the analysis of reasons why the user number is insufficient and longer long payback period the paper proposes recommendations to provide a reference for the survival and development of enterprises,combined with the actual situation of C company.
