With the development of the times,the "80,90 after" for the age characteristics of the new generation of staff have become the backbone in the enterprise,so it is more and more important to study about cenozoic staff.The psychological contract is an important effecet to influence employee citizenship behavior,then to employee performance.This study defines the connotation of the new generation of employees,and summed up the characteristics of the new generation of staff.Through the combing of the existing literature on psychological contract,and then put forward the suitable constituent elements for cenozoic staff nowadays: organizational responsibility and employee responsibility.And then modify the questionnaire by interviewing and Delphi method.Because the questionnaire about employee performance has a good study result,so this study determine the constituent elements by researching on literature,including Mission performance,peripheral performance and innovation performance.This study uses the questionnaire method to study cenozoic staff and uses SPSS21.0 software to analysis the data.Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis of the psychological contract between the whole and the individual performance of the new generation,the individual dimensions of the psychological contract and the dimensions of the employee’s performance to get the results as following:the correlation between the overall psychological contract and the overall performance of the staff is positive,the correlation between the psychological contract of the new generation and each employees’ performance is positive,too.The transactional,relationalx dimensions of the organizational responsibility and the development and transaction dimensions of employee responsibilities have a significant positive predictive effect on task performance;the organizational responsibility of the transaction and the relationship type and the employee responsibility of relationship and transaction type have a significant positive predictive effect on peripheral performance;the developmental type and the transactional type of organizational responsibility and the developmental type has a positive positive effect on innovation performanceAt last,this study will put forward some suggestions to improve the Cenozoic staff’s performance according to the analyzed results.
