Correlational Research On Information Disclosure, Enterprise Transaction Cost Control And Cooperative Performance Of U-I Collaboration

University-Industry collaboratiom has become an important model for a country or region to enhance ability of independent innovation and comprehensive strength.Under the guidance of government,university-industry collaboratiom has been a certain development,but overall lack of effectiveness.Scientific research results market rate less than 10%,much lower than the United States,Japan and other developed countries.The main reason for this phenomenon is that the cost of cooperative research is too high and has not been effectively controlled.The transaction cost of university-industry collaboratiom directly affects the willingness of cooperation of enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions and cooperation performance.Information disclosure is one of the important factors that affect the transaction cost.Information disclosure comes from corporate governance theory,which can effectively alleviate the information asymmetry,thereby reducing the company's transaction costs.In the process of cooperation with industry,academia and research,we can reduce the degree of information asymmetry between cooperating subjects by improving the information disclosure of production and research,and effectively control the transaction cost in the process of cooperation and realize the further improvement of cooperation performance.In the reasons: First,the transaction cost of the enterprise occupies a large proportion in the whole transaction cost.Second,the transaction cost control has a significant influence on the cooperative performance.Based on the theory of university-industry collaboratiom and previous research,this paper constructs the research model of the relationship between university-industry information disclosure,transaction cost control and cooperation performance.Then,based on the sample data collected from the research,the structural equation model is used to test the model.The paper discusses the microcosmic mechanism of the effect of information disclosure on transaction cost control and cooperative performance,and finds out the deficiencies,and then puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies,which provides a theoretical reference for further enhancing the performance of university-industry collaboratiom in china.The innovation of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Introducing the information disclosure into the field of university-industry collaboratiom,to build a relationship model of information disclosure,enterprise transaction cost control,and cooperative performance.Putting the information disclosure,enterprise transaction cost control,and cooperative performance into the same research framework is helpful to deeply understand The effect of Information Disclosure on transaction cost control and cooperation performance.It is also helpful to make strategies for improving cooperative performance.(2)To some extent,the disclosure of university-industry information promotes the transaction cost control,and thus enhance the cooperation performance.But there are still many shortcomings of this promotion effect.Generally speaking,the information disclosure of enterprises and universities(scientific research institutions)is partially lacking in the function of transaction cost control,and the lack of function of government information disclosure is more serious.Therefore,we should increase the intensity of information disclosure of government,and give full play to the role of government in communication,guidance,coordination and supervision in the cooperation of industry,academia and research.At the same time,to further improve the enterprise information disclosure and university(scientific research institutions)information disclosure,thus effectively restricting the cooperation of the main opportunistic behavior,to promote cooperation performance.(3)Aiming at the present situation and shortcomings of information disclosure in China,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of information disclosure.Government information is helpful to improve the information channel of the enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions,and to coordinate the cooperation between the two sides of the cooperation,so as to promote the cooperation of university-industry collaboratiom.The enterprise market information,financial details,scientific research strength information,research and development personnel and funds information,and scientific research integrity information disclosure,not only can achieve effective monitoring of partners,but also enhance the trust between the two sides of cooperation,and thus conducive to the smooth cooperation progress.
