Internet has improved the production efficiency and changed the social mode of production with development of Internet technology.Internet financial becomes the new trend with the help of the Internet technology.The innovation of Internet + financial enriches the management pattern of the traditional industry,providing a broad space and support for the development for science and technology,modern agriculture,publishing,music and other creative industry.Because the internet itself has the characteristics of wide coverage,the prompt of spread and virtuality of information,the creative projects under the background of Internet forms the risk of credit and capital chain rupture by expanding fast at the same time.The crowed funding,as a represent of internet financial for innovation,supports the development of creative industries at full blast,but at the same time it has the high credit risk and tends to break the contract because of the development of non-standard,lacking of risk management mechanism and so on.Thus it is very important to solve them,establish the risk management mechanism for cowed funding,promote the development of creative projects industry and enhance the vitality of economic.Firstly,this paper reviews research about crowdfunding and credit risk identification based on that credit risk of platform is high and it is necessary to build credit risk management mechanism.Secondly,this paper analyzed the situation of the crowed funding from the connotation,operation process,development characteristics and the the key factors of credit risk management of the creative projects.According to the practical problems of credit risk,this paper structured the credit risk management mechanism for the crowed funding of creative project from identification,measurement,management and evaluation of all four aspects.This paper chosen KMV model as the measurement of credit risk and evaluate the effectiveness of deposit and information disclosure for credit risk by the KMV in the mechanism.On this basis,according to the case of the company named crowed funding net,this paper enriched the management mechanism of credit risk for the crowed funding of creative projects,recommending that deposit and information disclosure management should grasp the reasonable degree and the information disclosure should focus on the disclosure of the risk warning,project certification,etc.
