Nowadays,compensation management has become the necessary work for each enterprise.In the past,many enterprises did not pay attentions to the compensation management,the first reason is because of the adequate human resources in China,to recruit employees which was easy for enterprises,it was different form the current fierce competition for talents;The second reason is because the human resources cost used to be cheap,enterprises would not be affected by it very much.However,in recent years,the great changes have taken place in human resources market,the cost of human resources increased a lot,the business of many small and medium-sized private enterprises become more difficult than before.Demographic dividend has gradually disappeared in China,human resource cost rises year by year,small and medium-sized private enterprises are facing the dilemma of finding talents.In the thesis,through observing and analyzing the compensation management of Henan Changrun Group,by means of questionnaires and interviews with the project research we can find out the problems existed in the compensation management of Henan Changrun Group.Based on the problems,using scientific way to analyze,it finally gives a reasonable solution.Eventually,a suitable and operable compensation management scheme will be designed for Henan Changrun Group.The new compensation management scheme would help Henan Changrun Group to reduce employee turnover,attract more talents and motivate employees to create more benefits to their company.
