In recent years,the global high-tech electronic technology has been rapidly developed,in every country the capital restrictions of financial field is reduced,the financial control gradually relaxed.Each big commercial Banks at home and abroad in order to achieve the international expansion with low cost adopted overseas mergers and acquisitions,at the same time it promotes the virtual globalization of financial capital.With the further development of China’s reform and opening up,China’s economic development in the financial filed has completed the strategic transformation,and actively promoted the economic policy of "bringing in" and "going out" that suited China’s development stage.In the face of the background that Europe and the United States developed countries to actively explore overseas mergers and acquisitions,China’s commercial banks,especially large state-owned banks also actively expand the accordingly business.At the beginning,mergers and acquisitions of our country commercial banks are dominated by the government,therefore,commercial Banks in China are lack of experience in overseas mergers and acquisitions,so they can refer to existing cases and combined with the current status of economic development and carry out mergers and acquisitions that suits for their own development to increase their market share.This article is to trace the relevant research results at home and abroad and on the basis of this study to integrate the practical characteristics of mergers and acquisitions of China’s Commercial Banks.Therefore two corresponding typical cases were selected to carry out in-depth analysis using the performance evaluation methods to find out the problems and shortcomings in mergers and acquisitions,and aiming at these shortcomings to analyze and put forward related recommendations.
