Twenty-first century,China's road of economic powers is increasingly dependent on innovation and the development of complex technology industry.Aeronautical complex products are typical of complex,knowledge-intensive products.Aeronautical complex products innovation tends to multi-field cross-organizational collaborative research and development in different places.The collaborative research and development mechanism requires a relatively stable relationship research and development team,team members include the core enterprise system integrator and upstream set up suppliers,users,downstream complementary parties,professional research institutions,government and other affiliated enterprises,to release technological innovation,to improve the efficiency of technological innovation,to upgrade the level of aviation industry technology innovation.However,the R & D subjects have a difference between technical stock,the economic attributes and value of technology in the process of cooperative cooperation,which affect the technology sharing decision of the R & D subjects,which bring the obstacles to the technology sharing,which make the technology chain easy to be distorted or even interrupted.It exacerbates the motivation of the R & D principals to pursue their own interests,and likely appear negative or partial technology sharing and "ride" behavior.In order to explore the technology sharing decision of different R & D subjects in different potential,based on the theory of niche theory and evolutionary game theory,this paper establish an improved model of evolutionary game of aeronautical complex product in the introduction of “state” and “potential” parameters.this paper analyzes the technology sharing behavior of different types of R & D subjects in the niche perspective.This article begins with the following logic.Firstly,it expounds the realistic background and research questions,introduces the research contents and methods,then defines the relevant concepts and introduction of domestic and foreign research status,the niche theory and the evolutionary game theory.then aeronautical complex product development team is divided into four types on the base of the niche theory of.Secondly,on the base of the evolutionary game theory,find the equilibrium point of different types of game models,and perform 0.the stability analysis.On this basis,analyze the influencing factors of the will of the R & D subjects technology sharing,and use the numerical simulation to verify the result of theoretical analysis.Finally,build theappropriate mechanism to promote the R & D subjects technology sharing.Research indicates that:(1)the technology sharing behavior of the R & D subjects is closely related to their respective "state" values and "potential" values.When the R & D subjects' s the "state" and "potential" values are in different ranges,the constructed two-dimensional dynamical system will show different evolutionary equilibrium strategies in turn.(2)under the influence of the "state" and "potential" parameters,the evolution direction of the game has a difference between the single groupt the R & D subjects and the multi-group the R & D subjects in the niche perspective.(3)the technology sharing cost coefficient,the revenue share coefficient,the synergistic benefit coefficient and the additional benefit,affect the technology sharing behavior of the R &D subjects with different potentials.The effect is consistent.(4)this paper build a cost-sharing mechanism,resource integration mechanism,incentive mechanism and alliance cooperation mechanism to improve the R & D subjects technology sharing.
