Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Working Capital Management Of Metersbonwe Under Transformation Development

The development of things follows a certain life cycle,no matter economic development and the survival of enterprises,which have experienced the recession from prosperous to come out of recession to upgrade in order to enter the next round of prosperity.With a global downturn and the increasingly fierce market competition,the traditional clothing industry as a pillar industry of the national economy is faced with the downward trend,declining market share,low income and expenses in rising,low profit margins level.At the same time the working capital management also exposed various problems.Therefore,enterprises in order to seek a firm foothold in the transformation need pay more attention to the Business management.For the traditional garment industry,working capital management is the core content of enterprise management,so it should be paid more attention by enterprise managers,because working capital management has become an important part of the evaluation of business performance.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the research background,significance,research contents,research methods and techniques routes.The second chapter is the theoretical overview of working capital management features of different enterprise in different stage of development.This chapter mainly introduces therelated theory of the different stages of development and working capital management and enterprise,then analyzes in different stages of development,different characteristics of working capital management,and especially analyzes the enterprise operating in the transitional period.The third chapter is the analysis of the status of Metersbonwe in working capital management.This chapter mainly introduces the general development of Metersbonwe,the characteristics of enterprises in transition appearing,and transition under the management of working capital.The fourth chapter analyzes the working capital management strategy of Mertersbonwe during the transformation.This chapter further analyzes the formation and transformation of Mertersbonwe under core working capital management strategy period,finally also elaborated the transition period of working capital management evaluation system and method.The fifth chapter is the implementation and evaluation of the working capital management strategy of Metersbonwe.This chapter mainly introduces the concrete measures of Metersbonwe in working capital management,and the use of a section of the proposed evaluation system.Combined with the financial data of Metersbonwe from 2010 to 2014 and related to the evaluation of the working capital management,the paper proposes further suggestions for its improvement.Based on the transformation theory and the analysis and Research on working capital management theory,with the traditional garment industry representative Metersbonwe as the research object,combining theory and practice,the paper analyzes Metersbonwe transformation dilemma of working capital management,proposes corresponding strategies whose application results are summarized,and hope to puts forward relevant optimization recommendations.This is also to open ideas for other clothing enterprises in the industry trough,provide experience and method for improving the competitiveness of the industry,and help the traditional clothing enterprises once again inspired and return to the top of the industry.
