With the development of Economy,Science,E-Commerce and Intelligent Technology,the use of intelligent equipment is becoming more frequently used in the warehouse management and operations,thus intelligent warehouse practices come into being.Warehouse operations refer to the entire process from the storage to the delivery,including the inventory management of goods,storage operations,etc.While picking operations occupy the highest cost,and the most time-consuming in the process,and it's efficiency and accuracy play an important role in the services quality of a company.Pick to light system(PTL)and Automatic storage retrieval system(AS/RS)have a lot advantages of flexible control of operating time,real-time field control,labor saving,fast and accurate picking,improving picking efficiency,and reducing logistics costs.So PTL and AS/RS is used more frequently in the warehouse.But the warehouse management brings up more and more high request to Information Technology,Service Integration,Automation and Intelligent.For example,dynamic optimization of warehouse picking,the scheduling model needs adapt to different warehouse,data integration with enterprise ERP,optimizing the allocation of resources.However,the dynamic optimization of warehouse picking,integration and versatility of existing warehouse management and control system needs further research and development.Based on the development of modern warehouse management,this mainly research of dynamic optimization of warehouse picking,which is oriented to AS/RS and PTL.The main research works are as follows:(1)Model of Dynamic Optimization of Warehouse Picking Based on Intelligent ComputingIn the case of batch orders,for improving the operating efficiency of AS/RS,an optimization model aiming at the well operation route balance of multi-stackers and the high efficiency was presented;In the pick-to-light system(PTL)that the manual order picking as the main way,for improving the order picking efficiency and accuracy,an optimization model aiming at the order percentage complete?cargo space occupancy rate and concentration ratio was presented,and make a strategic decision the weight factor in the model.(2)Making Decision About the Weight Factor in the Model of Dynamic Optimization of Warehouse PickingBecause of diverse factors standard are designed in the model,this paper introduces the judgment matrix method in the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),constructs the judgment matrix of various scales and solves the eigenvalues for the determination of the weighting factors,which is used to determine the importance of each criterion in the model.At the end,through he consistency test for example,judges the optimal weighting factor.(3)Designed and Tested the Algorithm of Dynamic Optimization of Warehouse PickingA bionic algorithm of model solution based on Binary Particle Swarm Optimization(BPSO)and GA was designed.Proved the validity of model and algorithm by a specific of warehouse picking on PTL,comparing and analysing performance between two kind of algorithm.And the operating efficiency of BPSO is 8.5 percentage points higher than GA.(4)The Realization of Service Component about Dynamic Optimization of Warehouse PickingUsing the service-oriented method to encapsulate the Binary Particle Swarm Optimization and the Genetic Algorithm sustained a warehouse picking system based on Web,and integrated it into the warehousing picking system.The system can realize intelligent allocation of orders and assignment Location optimization in PTL and AS/RS.So the needs of practical picking can be met.
