Study On Business Innovation Of GANSU Assets & Equity Exchange Ltd.

With the continuous development of the property rights trading market and the advancement of the state-owned enterprise reform in China,the property right market which engaged in the state-owned enterprise property rights transfer and asset transfer business decrease year by year.Early historical mission of property rights trading market had almost accomplished.The company is facing new problems in the new economic situation,for the traditional business no longer meet the requirements of the changing market.More and more people pay attention to the innovation of property right trading market business.Business innovation of property right is propitious to improve the knowledge of business innovation and avoid the risk of enterprise management.GANSU Assets &Equity Exchange Ltd.was established in 1992 and restructured in 1998.After nearly 20 years of development,internal and external development environment of the enterprise has been changed.Business innovation is not enough developed because the company pay more attentioned to the traditional business,making the traditional business lack of trading variety innovation,traditional business extension innovation,regional capital market innovation,and state-owned enterprise equity trust.With the development of the property rights trading market and the advancement of the state-owned enterprise reform in China,business innovation must be enforced.Facing the changeable market environment,as an official of GANSU Assets &Equity Exchange Ltd,I hope to make use of the studied knowledge on management to analyze current operating status of the exchange.Combined with local economic development in Gansu province and enterprise own development advantages,the future business development of enterprises was found.Based on the study of trading variety innovation,traditional business extension innovation,regional capital market innovation,state-owned enterprise equity trust,specific plans to develop innovation in GANSU Assets &Equity Exchange Ltd was designed.Conditions,procedures and results of the implementation were discussed is this paper.Eventually,innovation policy security,system security,personnel security,and financial security aspects of GANSU Assets &Equity Exchange Ltd were intensively analyzed in order to put forward matters that should be paid attention to in business innovation.The innovation design mentioned in this paper is the in-depth studied result on the basis of my work,which will be advisable for the property market innovation and exchange business.
