In recent years,influenced by the international financial crisis and geo-international politics,China's petrochemical industry has undergone rapid development into the adjustment period.At present,Lanzhou Petrochemical Equipment Maintenance Company showed the following problems in this international and domestic background: the maintenance of production units operating rate is not high,the new refinery units slowed down,petrochemical equipment installation,Internal maintenance projects to reduce,the external maintenance market developed difficultly,the management fees increased year by year,incomes reduced year by year.In view of this,Lanzhou Petrochemical Equipment Maintenance Company urgently need to cultivate the endogenous core competence to better integrate various resources within the enterprise,improve the enterprises core competitiveness,obtain the company sustainable development.Six aspects of researches was showed in this paper.The first part is the research background and significance of the paper,and put forward the significance of research on the cultivation of endogenous core competence of Lanzhou Petrochemical Equipment Maintenance Company.The second part briefly described the relevant theory of endogenous core competence,including the concept,characteristics and recognition of endogenous core competence.Under the guidance and inspiration of these theories,the related researches were carried out on the endogenous core competence of the company.The third part mainly presented the current situation of the company,its problems and the causes of the problem.This paper analyzed the problems in human resources management,market development,safety and environmental protection,management of operating costs,and further the deep-seated causes of these problems.The deep-seated causes of these problems included the followings: human resources management backwardness did not meet the current development needs,lacks of the strategy of coping with the transformation in the increasing intense market competition,the imperfection of the safety and environmental protection system,the increase of the operation risk and the extensive management cost of the company.The fourth part is the key part of this paper.On the basis of the company's problem analysis,the core competencies of the enterprises were formulated,including the training of employees to enhance their competency,the establishment of CRM maintenance model to enhance the accumulation of knowledge to strengthen the core competence of the technology,and promote the information technology integration of the company's existing technical resources,the establishment of maintenance market information tracking mechanism to enhance the company's ability to respond quickly to market,etc.The fifth part is implementation,evaluation,amendment and the corresponding safeguards of the company's endogenous core competence,and in this way to form a good cycle of the self-correction of the endogenous core competence fosters of this company.The last part is the conclusion,mainly presented the shortage of the research and the prospects of the research.Facing currently the development opportunities and challenges,this company's has access to truly enhance the market competitiveness and long-term developments through cultivation of endogenous core competence whthin the company.It is expected that the research results in this paper can be helpful to enhance the market competitiveness of the company,and suggestions and inspirations were provided to the similar enterprises' cultivation of endogenous core competence.
