The Research On Building And Evaluating The Core Competence For SMEs' Credit Guarantee Enterprise

In recent years, with the rapid development China's SME credit guarantee industry, the credit guarantee companies for small and medium-sized companies at the same time have also been a good development. However, the credit guarantee market is also growing competition, and as the high-risk business of credit guarantee, it request a credit guarantee company focus on its core competitiveness of the construction of market competition in order to achieve sustained competitive advantage.In this paper, we do a more systematic analysis of the core competitiveness for Chinese SME credit guarantee companies, which from the construction and the evaluation of the enterprise's core competitiveness. First, the credit guarantee for SMEs at basic characteristics of the company based on the business separately from internal and external environmental analysis, the value chain analysis of credit guarantee companies and in accordance with the basic theory of core competitiveness, we put forward the both Dimensions of resources and capacity elements of Credit Guarantee for SMEs to build its'core competitiveness. Secondly, in reference to existing research and literature and based on in-depth interviews, it gives six areas of the profitability of SME credit guarantee company's core competencies which from the company's capital position, enterprise's culture, human resources, risk control and decentralized capacity, product innovation capacity to build it's competitiveness. Third, this article is also based on the AHP method to build the six core competencies of the evaluation target system, the system contains elements of a goal-storey, six-storey element of the main criteria and 26 specific target; and through a questionnaire survey, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to of the credit guarantee company's core competitiveness of the empirical analysis. The results showed that: In this paper, the construction of SME credit guarantee of our country's core competitiveness of the constituent elements of a more reasonable; the evaluation methods used by good science, the effectiveness and implementation of. Finally, this article in accordance with core competitiveness of small and medium enterprises constitute the six elements, made from the enhanced capital strength, enhance risk management capabilities, enhance their human resources management, and credit guarantee to enhance the ability of marketing and product innovation to further enhance the ability of SMEs credit guarantee company's core competitiveness.
